The Interactive Peer Mentoring Program (IPM) is designed to support businesses and business leaders. IPM aims to build confidence and assurance amongst senior staff by:

  • Developing management skills and competencies
  • Observing better business practices and processes
  • Sharing management challenges, experiences and insights

This 2-part program commences with an engaging 16 hours of interactive peer workshops. IPM functions by bringing together five to fifteen executives from non-competing businesses.

Target Audience

You are a business leader and IPM is ideal for you if you want to introduce positive change and growth. You will want to provide significance in the lives of others by using the proven principles learned here.

Participants

A maximum of 15 participants per IPM program.

The Workshops

In complete confidentiality each group meets for 4 half day interactive workshops guided by an experienced MBCI Licensed Facilitator. The first 3 workshops will cover:

  • Ethics and Governance
  • Art of Facilitation
  • Leadership

The fourth workshop deals with solving problems using the principles learned from workshops 1-3. Any group member may raise an issue and share ideas and experiences.

In addition each participant also receives 6 hours of personal one-to-one business coaching with an MBCI accredited mentor to build on opportunities revealed.
